Opportunities with Dynamic Therapy & Learning are available throughout our service region in the Hudson Valley, the five boros of New York City, and New Jersey.

• Provide evaluation and treatment of children in home-based and school-based settings

• Assist children with developing and improving fine motor skills and adjustment to disabilities

• Plan therapy programs designed to facilitate fine motor, sensory-motor, and self-help development skills

• Design suitable activities appropriate to the child's physical capabilities and mental capacity

• Instruct family members and caregivers on appropriate intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over at community settings

• Conduct programs involving such activities as cognitive stimulation, therapeutic activities and exercises, manual arts and crafts and daily living functional skills

• Teach individual skills and techniques required for participation in functional and educational activities

• Monitor and evaluate child's progress while maintaining and adjusting ongoing therapy plan

Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy, a New York or New Jersey state license and have 1-3 years work experience.
